Flirt with the Idea of Bailey’s American Grille this Valentine’s Day  Friday, February 12th Saturday, February 13th  Sunday, February 14th   Join us for a special Valentine’s dinner, excellent wine list and an evening of romantic music. Make your reservations today! Loving the Flirtini  Try the Flirtini at Bailey’s or make it at home this Valentine’s Day!  2 oz. Absolute® Raspberry Vodka 1 oz. Cointreau 1 oz. Champagne Splash of Pineapple Juice Splash of Cranberry Juice  Combine all ingredients with ice into a martini shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds. Pour into a frozen martini glass. Garnish with one Maraschino Cherry without the stem.  Tip: Marinate the Maraschino Cherry in Vodka overnight for an added kick!  Enjoy.
Feeding an EXTREMELY Hungry Bunch  Bailey’s lends aids to Extreme Makeover: Home Edition by catering dinner to cast and crew.  Kemah family, Melissa and Larry Beach and their 11 children were nominated for the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition rebuild project by the Kemah City Council, state representatives and local congressmen after their home had been severely damaged by Hurricane Ike. The rebuild began this past January 8 and Bailey’s American Grille was there to see the amazing transformation of the home as well as provide a great meal to the volunteers, cast and crew members. Many Bailey’s staff members also volunteered in building the new home.  “It was such a rewarding experience to participate in the volunteer effort. We wish the Beach family all the best in the future,” Brad Bailey, Bailey’s American Grille Owner.
